CANCELLATION OR SUBSTITUTION OF PARTICIPATION BY THE ATTENDEE
- 1. The Attendee may cancel their participation in the event at any time, subject to the payment of the following cancellation fees to the Event Partner.
- 2. Cancellation on or before 15 October 2025: Full refund of the registration fee.
- 3. Cancellation between 16 October and 25 October 2025: 50% refund of the registration fee.
- 4. Cancellation on or after 26 October 2025: No refund.
- 5. All refunds are subject to a service fee of 10%.
- 6. Registrants may nominate a substitute attendee in lieu of requesting a refund. Substitution requests will only be accepted via email at info@wuwmbrussels2025.com. A substitution is only confirmed once written approval has been provided by the Event Partner. If the substitution request is denied, the cancellation policy outlined above will apply.
