Leo Cheung is a prominent figure in Asia’s agri-food industry with over 20 years of experience. He serves as Chairman of the International Growers Standards Organization (IGSO) and co-founded P&C Group, a Hong Kong-based fruit trading and technology firm. Under his leadership, he has championed innovative traceability and anti-counterfeiting measures, working closely with Hong Kong Customs to combat counterfeit produce and enhance brand integrity while spearheading cross-border initiatives to protect agricultural brands.

He is the creator of cutting-edge traceability technologies such as Versatile Trace™, Live Cert™, and Origin Plus™, which underpin a "Retail 3.0" vision of real-world asset (RWA) traceability with programmable settlement for the supply chain. As an advocate of digital agriculture and supply chain trust infrastructure, Cheung collaborates with institutions across mainland China and Hong Kong – from CMA Testing and Zhongnong Futong to state-owned giants like China General Technology Group – to advance certification standards and farm-to-market transparency. He also contributes to industry innovation policy, serving on the CUHK Business School’s Corporate Innovation Index steering committee.
Cheung’s work has positioned him as a key leader driving public-private innovation in agricultural branding, food safety, and traceability across the Greater China region.
