Pénélope GOLDSZTEIN is the Director of Legal, General Affairs, Ethics and Compliance at SEMMARIS, operator of the Rungis International Market, and a member of its Executive Committee. With over 25 years of experience in legal affairs, governance, ethics, and compliance, she oversees a team of 20 professionals and contributes to the company’s national and international strategy.

She leads corporate governance, compliance, and legal risk management initiatives, and has established SEMMARIS’s compliance framework, including risk mapping, internal controls, and training programs. She is also involved in public procurement, brand protection, and institutional relations.

Before joining SEMMARIS, she served as Deputy Head of the Urban Planning and Environment Legal Office at the City of Paris, where she managed major public law projects linked to the Olympic Games, Roland-Garros, and Beaugrenelle.

She also contributes to the governance of the Toulouse wholesale market and promotes innovation and ethical excellence within the wholesale market network.
